It varies depending on the desired size and complexity of your order.

It depends on the item and shipping destination. I strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, items will be shipped within the same week it was purchased.

At this time, all sales are final, no refunds

If you finished a transaction during your visit and later decided to make another purchase within the same day or next day, I will consolidated your order and it may be possible to refund you some of your shipping charges.

Damaged during shipping

In the event of receiving a damaged item due to shipping, depending on the extent of damage, a partial or full refund of the amount you paid for the item purchased will be issued to you. Please contact me immediately upon receipt of a broken shipment and provide images of broken work in the same shipping materials.

All items offered on the site are provided "as is" and without any warranties, whether expressed or implied. Some items do have cosmetic/surface cracks due to the nature of the clay.
